When can I use a rep/discount code?
Rep/discount codes are only valid when placing an order directly through the website. They cannot be used on "clean outs" posted to my Facebook page, orders placed through direct messages, in person or at markets.
When will my order be ship?
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to process and ship.
Local Pickup:
You will receive a notification once your freshie (or other item) is ready for pick up. Please do not show up before you have been notified and we have made arrangement pick up arrangements.
**Once you are notified that your item(s) are ready for pick up, you have one week to pick up unless we have made other arrangements. I will send a reminder but if your items have not been picked up within a reasonable time, they will be resold or given away to make room for more orders. If something comes up, let me know and I will work with you.
What is your return/refund policy?
I currently do not offer returns or refunds. If there is an issue with any of your items please reach out to me within 48 hours of receiving them.
